The law firm Hogan Lovells assisted FARMACOSMO S.p.A. in an intragroup reorganization transaction involving the transfer of the business unit related to logistics activities to the newly established company, Farmacosmo Logistics, which is fully owned by Farmacosmo. The transaction was carried out by way of a contribution in kind, fully releasing a share issued as part of a capital increase decided by the sole shareholder during the establishment of Farmacosmo Logistics.<\/p>\n
Hogan Lovells assisted Farmacosmo with a team led by partner Paola Barometro, composed of associate Edoardo Pea and trainee Silvia Barbati, who managed the corporate and contractual aspects of the transaction.<\/p>\n
The notarial aspects of the transaction were handled by notary Demetrio Maltese.<\/p>\n
